Stewed New Zealand Lamb Shoulder

Steamed Couscous

sides : half cornish hen, stewed Australian lamb shoulder, sauteed' veggie

Moroccan Seafood

Sautéed prawns and scallops simmered in our house-made tomato sauce, infused with Moroccan spices.

Salmon Tagine

Pan-seared salmon steak, then gently braised in a rich, aromatic red chermoula sauce

Chicken Kabob

Tender chicken breast marinated in a fragrant blend of Moroccan spices—coriander, cumin, ginger, paprika, onions, and cilantro

Beef Kabob

Juicy, tender butcher's cut hanger steak, seasoned

and grilled to perfection.

Vegetarian Du Chef

Steamed couscous topped with sautéed zucchini, carrots, and cauliflower, sprinkled with sweet raisins and hearty garbanzo beans

Veggie Tagine

A vibrant mix of potatoes, zucchini, carrots, and cauliflower, all braised in our house-made harissa sauce. A bold and flavorful vegetarian tagine packed with Moroccan spices!
